
Policy and cancellations
💰 DEPOSITS
ALL procedures require a deposit. Deposits are NOT refundable, without distinction of person. They guarantee their attendance on the agreed day and time.
CANCELLATIONS
If you cannot attend the appointment, you must notify us in advance and we will gladly reschedule another date. This may require a new deposit if you cancel less than 48 hours before the day of your appointment.
Only one opportunity to change an appointment is provided, and the second one will be considered and you may lose the benefit of attending us.
Anyone who does not show up on the day of the appointment after having confirmed will not be provided with our services again.
When the confirmation message is sent to you the week of your appointment, you must confirm within 12 hours, otherwise your appointment will be automatically cancelled.

Cash, ATH debit, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and ATH Mobile
⏰ TIME MANAGEMENT
The estimated service time is approximately 2½ hours.
Upon arrival, the first ½ hour will be used for anesthesia time if necessary, explanation of the procedure and filling out your record.
The next two hours (maybe less) the procedure is done.
⏳ PUNCTUALITY
The punctuality of iBrow Boutique clients is impeccable, however, it is important to emphasize the importance of their timely attendance. This way, you don't risk losing your space, while we respect the artist's time and the time reserved for subsequent clients. Clients will not be accepted after 15 minutes have passed at the stipulated appointment time, without distinction of person. If so, the appointment will be canceled and if you wish, you must reschedule another one, remembering that a new deposit will be requested.

Companions are not permitted in the cabin area or waiting area.
